Upon delivery of goods if you find a defult or defect with your product contacts us at firstname.lastname@example.org
stating the products name, invoice number and defect or fault.
Your product will then be examined and if found to be faulty you will be issued with a
replacement product where this is not avaliable a refund will be issued..
We will not exchange or refund due to change of mind, cheaper price elsewhere or neglience or inapproprate use.
Make sure you have put new batteries in your product as this is the cause in many cases.
Unique Obsessions will take responsibility for delivery cost of faulty products
if product is not faulty the delivery cost will be at the customers expense.
